Iconomiser Wine Bar

Bringing a new life to a heritage-listed former powerhouse in the shape of a unique wine bar that holds up to the high standards of the client’s other first-rate dining experiences. The interior is inspired by the industrial aesthetic of the site during its time as part of the Melbourne City Council Power Station Site in the 1900s. Named “Iconomiser” – a play-on word between the site’s former name, Economiser, and “iconic”.
